Analyst, Client Audit and Performance

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, performing audit reviews, and delivering insights that drive operational efficiency and financial accuracy. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, identify trends, and develop reporting tools and dashboards that inform strategic decisions. Accountabilities:

Research and analyze claims and transaction data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with contractual agreements.
Perform audit risk assessments, annual logic reviews, and ongoing monitoring activities to support internal controls.
Develop, maintain, and enhance SQL and Python queries, dashboards, and reporting tools for audit deliverables and performance monitoring.
Quantify financial impact of audit findings and communicate insights to stakeholders.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with internal technology and business teams to improve data quality, workflows, and reporting transparency.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support evolving audit and business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
2+ years of experience in data analytics, audit, or a related role.
Experience with healthcare, pharmacy claims, or PBM is preferred.
Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake preferred), Excel, and Tableau; familiarity with Python and project management/version control tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and execute deliverables in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities efficiently.
