We are seeking a senior Business Analyst to drive the strategy and optimization of worker credit products. In this role, you will analyze markets, competitors, and trends to uncover opportunities and risks, and translate data into actionable insights that guide business decisions. You will partner with product teams to prioritize features, define roadmaps, and evaluate financial and operational impacts of new initiatives. Accountabilities:

·         Analyze markets, competitors, and trends to identify strategic opportunities and threats.

·         Interpret business data and generate actionable insights and recommendations.

·         Support product roadmaps by defining and prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.

·         Develop business cases, financial projections, and impact analyses for new initiatives.

·         Map and optimize customer journeys and internal processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.

·         Define, monitor, and track KPIs, proposing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

·         Strong ability to process and organize complex data, presenting findings with clear and effective storytelling.

·         Proficiency in SQL for direct data analysis; Python knowledge is a plus.

·         High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

·         Excellent communication skills, able to convey insights to diverse audiences.

·         Strong negotiation and influence capabilities.

·         Proactive, autonomous, and capable of making independent decisions.

·         Ownership mindset, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills.
