This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on digital advertising and territory growth. You will be responsible for developing and expanding client relationships, primarily within the automotive dealer ecosystem, while driving revenue through Amazon advertising solutions. The position combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and strategic account development, requiring strong consultative selling skills. You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring long-term value and satisfaction. Accountabilities:- Develop and grow a pipeline of new business through cold calling, inbound leads, networking, and industry events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals tied to revenue and client acquisition.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing and onboarding clients.
- Build strong relationships with automotive dealers and other relevant advertisers to expand market presence.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Amazon advertising solutions and campaign opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, pitches, and meetings with prospective clients, including travel when required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, and ensure disciplined pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding, campaign execution, and client success.
- Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and industry events to generate new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven outside sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in advertising sales is strongly preferred, especially within automotive or dealer-focused markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising platforms, or SaaS sales environments is a plus.
- Ability to manage a territory independently while working in a remote, self-driven structure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
