AI Video Creator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Video Creator based in the United States.

This is a highly creative, hands-on role focused on shaping how a fast-growing AI-native brand shows up through video content. You will transform product ideas into compelling visual stories across ads, social media, and launch campaigns designed to capture attention and drive engagement. Working at the intersection of storytelling, motion design, and cutting-edge AI tools, you will be responsible for producing high-impact content that feels premium, modern, and emotionally resonant. The role offers full ownership from concept to execution, giving you the freedom to develop ideas and bring them to life at speed. You will experiment with the latest generative video, audio, and design tools to push creative boundaries. This is an environment built for fast iteration, strong creative autonomy, and high visibility work that reaches a large audience.

Accountabilities:

Create high-performing video content including product launches, social media ads, brand films, and short-form clips designed to drive engagement and conversions.
Use advanced AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and emerging platforms) to generate, edit, and enhance video, image, voice, and audio content.
Lead projects end-to-end from concept development and creative ideation through production, editing, and final delivery.
Design motion graphics, product animations, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling elements to elevate brand perception.
Produce content optimized for multiple formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid ads, and website hero videos.
Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all video outputs.
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance insights and audience engagement.

Requirements:

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production, motion design, or short-form content creation.
Hands-on experience using AI creative tools and a strong interest in emerging generative technologies.
Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong sense of pacing, composition, and emotional impact.
Ability to independently develop ideas and execute them from concept to final output with minimal direction.
Deep understanding of what drives attention in short-form content, including strong hooks and retention techniques.
Strong taste level with the ability to differentiate between premium, average, and low-quality creative output.
Experience creating content for social media, digital ads, or fast-paced brand environments is a strong plus.
