The AI Technical Product Manager II will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions that transform finance, FP&A, and risk management operations. This role combines deep domain expertise in finance with a strong understanding of AI technologies, allowing you to drive innovative solutions that generate actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, define product vision and roadmaps, and oversee the delivery of generative AI tools to meet operational and strategic objectives. This position emphasizes end-to-end product ownership, including requirement gathering, testing, user adoption, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business impact.

• Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions for finance, FP&A, procurement, audit, compliance, and risk management operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and establish product roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Develop detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications for AI-enabled solutions
• Conduct testing, validate results, and ensure smooth deployment of AI tools, including prompt engineering for financial operations use cases
• Analyze data and generate insights to guide strategic decision-making and optimize business processes
• Mentor product specialists and business analysts, providing guidance on AI solution design and implementation
• Advise on build vs. buy decisions and contribute to innovation strategies across the finance and risk management portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in product management or related roles, with demonstrated success in AI product delivery
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning models, APIs, and enterprise AI platforms
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and production deployment of AI solutions
• Domain expertise in enterprise finance, FP&A, procurement, audit, compliance, or risk management preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with enterprise finance platforms (e.g., SAP Finance) and data platforms (e.g., Databricks) is a plus
