<h2>About the Role</h2><p>Abnormal AI is seeking a curious, hands-on AI Enablement Specialist to accelerate our internal AI transformation. This role will serve as a power user and evangelist—helping employees at every level engage with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Glean to work smarter, faster, and better. You will design training, documentation, and enablement programs that make AI adoption practical, approachable, and measurable across the company. As one of the first roles of its kind at Abnormal, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how AI becomes part of our daily culture and operations.</p><h2>What you will do </h2><ul><li>Develop engaging training programs, guides, and enablement materials to help employees adopt and master AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Glean, and others).</li><li>Lead workshops, office hours, and role-specific training sessions to embed AI into daily workflows across teams.</li><li>Serve as an <strong>AI evangelist</strong> by modeling best practices, sharing new use cases, and building excitement around AI transformation.</li><li>Build a content creation engine by collaborating with the AI Platform team to track new capabilities and convert them into clear, accessible enablement content.</li><li>Collect data and feedback to measure the adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs across the company, and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with Content Marketing to highlight internal success stories and case studies of AI in action.</li><li>Continuously explore and learn new AI tools and techniques, bringing fresh insights back to the organization.</li></ul><h2>Must Haves </h2><ul><li>Demonstrated passion for AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Glean, etc.) with real-world examples of use.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging documentation, guides, and training content.</li><li>Experience in enablement, learning & development, or similar roles involving employee training and adoption.</li><li>High curiosity and demonstrated ability to self-learn new technologies quickly.</li><li>Comfort with leading workshops, training sessions, or facilitation sessions with groups.</li><li>Strong project management skills with a builder’s mindset, able to create repeatable systems and processes.</li><li>Analytical approach, ability to design and track metrics that measure enablement impact.</li></ul><h2>Nice to Have </h2><ul><li>Familiarity with enterprise AI tools beyond ChatGPT/Claude (e.g., Glean, Gemini, Cursor).</li><li>Understanding of core AI fundamentals (e.g., prompt engineering, context engineering, custom GPTs, agentic AI, MCP).</li><li>Exposure to knowledge management or internal communications platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion, etc.).</li><li>Experience creating video-based or multimedia training content.</li></ul><p> </p><p>#LI-PP1</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><hr><p><br>At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits.
