This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the AI strategy and implementation for enterprise and government clients. You will serve as both a trusted advisor and hands-on practitioner, designing practical, scalable AI solutions while guiding organizations through adoption and change. The position balances strategic vision with technical execution, including AI roadmap development, prototyping, and agentic AI system design. You will engage directly with stakeholders across all levels, building trust, enabling internal capability, and ensuring solutions are secure, ethical, and operationally sustainable. Your contributions will directly impact client success, shaping how organizations leverage AI for meaningful outcomes.
Accountabilities:- Develop and maintain actionable AI roadmaps tailored to client readiness, risk tolerance, and business value.
- Assess client AI capabilities, translating findings into clear, phased plans and success metrics that stakeholders can rally around.
- Advise on model selection, platform trade-offs, and emerging technologies in LLMs, GenAI, and agentic AI.
- Rapidly prototype AI solutions using AI-native development workflows, agentic IDEs, and prompt engineering.
- Design governance structures, data architecture, access controls, and compliance policies to safeguard security and privacy.
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, and awareness sessions to engage stakeholders, overcome resistance, and build internal capability.
- Serve as a bridge between technical AI capabilities and operational realities, ensuring solutions are practical, sustainable, and ethically implemented.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in technology architecture, solutions consulting, or a related field, with at least 3 years focused on AI or GenAI solution delivery.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Proven ability to develop AI roadmaps and translate strategy into phased, executable plans.
- Proficiency in AI-native development workflows and rapid prototyping methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of AI data architecture, privacy, security, and regulatory considerations (e.g., FedRAMP, StateRAMP).
- Demonstrated experience navigating organizational complexity, building consensus, and leading change.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations, technical workshops, and written guidance.
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant technical or business discipline preferred; experience across multiple clients or industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, ethics, and governance best practices.
