AI Solutions Engineer (Remote - US)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer to drive the design, deployment, and integration of advanced AI features into client solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build proof-of-concepts, implement AI-powered workflows, and provide technical guidance on AI adoption in sales and marketing ecosystems. You will serve as the go-to expert on AI applications, helping clients leverage cutting-edge technologies to achieve measurable business outcomes. This position offers opportunities to innovate, mentor, and shape internal AI assets while collaborating in a fully remote, fast-paced, and highly technical environment. Your work will directly influence the scalability and effectiveness of AI-driven client solutions.

Accountabilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered proof-of-concepts (POCs) tailored to client needs, such as guided selling models, call transcript analyzers, and custom AI solutions.
• Integrate third-party LLMs and AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into client workflows and systems.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects on AI-specific components of technical roadmaps.
• Serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert on applied AI in sales and marketing technology.
• Develop internal AI tools and assets for the Innovation Lab, translating concepts into practical solutions.
• Mentor team members on AI best practices and ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or technical/sales engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, large language models, and applied AI in business solutions.
• Experience integrating AI technologies into production systems and client-facing applications.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages relevant to AI implementation (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales technology ecosystems is a plus.
