This role is not just about building models—it’s about delivering end-to-end AI-powered products that solve real business problems, delight users, and create measurable outcomes. You will bring strong technical depth in AI/ML (especially large language models and emerging generative AI techniques), full-stack engineering skills, and the ability to think holistically about product design, usability, and business value.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h4>Product Development Lifecycle</h4><ul><li>Own AI features and products from ideation through design, development, deployment, and iteration.</li><li>Partner closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Measure and communicate product impact in terms of business outcomes and user experience.</li></ul><h4>AI Engineering & Implementation</h4><ul><li>Design robust and scalable applications by integrating leading LLMs, using RAG and context engineering.</li><li>Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, including time-series forecasting and regression, using structured data.</li><li>Build reliable, scalable, and secure backend services to support AI features.</li><li>Implement evaluation frameworks for accuracy, fairness, cost, latency, and overall product quality.</li></ul><h4>User Experience & Product Fit</h4><ul><li>Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure AI features are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy. </li><li>Balance technical feasibility with usability and customer value.</li></ul><h4>Software Engineering</h4><ul><li>Contribute to full-stack development (backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure; frontend as needed).</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.</li><li>Apply modern DevOps/MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI systems.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>8+ year's experience in software engineering  (.Net, Node.js, Python, or similar).</li><li>1+ year's experience in Product Management</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks.</li><li>Experience deploying AI systems in production, preferably with LLMs or generative AI.</li><li>Experience working with cloud and data platforms (AWS, Snowflake) and modern data stacks.</li><li>Experience working across the full product lifecycle, from problem definition to delivery.</li><li>Ability to connect technical decisions to business impact and customer outcomes.</li><li>Comfort balancing speed, cost, and quality in decision-making.</li><li>Entrepreneurial problem solver who thrives in ambiguity. </li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. </li><li>Passion for building products that make AI accessible, useful, and valuable.</li></ul><h3>Additional Details</h3>This role offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits. The salary for US-based employees located in the markets below may expect offers in the ranges for this role.US annual base:  $160,000 - $185,000 annuallyA variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location.
