This is a strategic and cross-functional role focused on practical enablement — helping business teams integrate AI into their daily operations without requiring deep technical development.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply agentic AI and workflow automation across business functions.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with teams to map current processes and reimagine them through AI-enhanced workflows.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement and customize autonomous agent platforms and orchestration tools (without needing to build models from scratch).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead project management efforts for AI implementation — from planning through deployment and stabilization.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption, user confidence, and long-term success of deployed agents.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and measure the impact of automation initiatives on productivity, efficiency, and service quality.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the development of governance and oversight practices for responsible and sustainable AI use.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay informed on emerging AI tools and practical applications to continuously evolve the organization’s automation strategy.</li></ul>Essential Education, Experience, and Interests:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in process automation, AI implementation, digital transformation, or related domains.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience in project management and change management to drive adoption and maintain post-implementation control.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven record of deploying and managing AI-powered or workflow automation tools.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and existing AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude AI, Crew AI, LangChain).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to translate business needs into AI-enhanced workflow solutions with measurable outcomes.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience using out-of-the-box AI agent platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, Crew AI, SuperAGI, or similar tools.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with prompt orchestration and workflow design tools like LangSmith, PromptBase, or Copilot Studio.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Background in operations, process improvement, or business optimization.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Power BI, or JIRA.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">LEAN or Six Sigma certification a plus.</li></ul>Success Metrics<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reduction in manual work and operational inefficiencies.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Increased productivity and throughput across departments.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Smooth adoption and sustained usage of AI-enabled workflows.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Measurable business impact and stakeholder satisfaction from agentic AI initiatives.</li></ul>Additional Information:MedeAnalytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $125,000 – $135,000 USD. While this position is not bonus-eligible, it is part of our comprehensive total rewards program, which includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
