As an AI Operations Engineer, you will design, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across multiple business functions. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, collaborating with teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Client Experience to identify process bottlenecks and deploy innovative AI solutions. Your work will improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure teams can focus on high-impact activities. This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic problem-solving, requiring both creativity and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI-driven systems. You will help the organization adopt and optimize emerging technologies, contributing to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

·        Integrate AI and automation tools across business functions to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.

·        Design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, or custom development platforms.

·        Connect and automate systems via APIs, webhooks, and data flows, including Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics, and financial tools.

·        Serve as a cross-functional liaison to translate operational challenges into technical implementations aligned with business objectives.

·        Partner with leadership and project management teams to coordinate rollouts, gather feedback, and drive adoption.

·        Document workflows, playbooks, and use cases to enable experimentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.

·        Continuously test, improve, and recommend enhancements to the AI infrastructure and operational processes.

Requirements

·        2–4+ years of experience in technical, operations, or automation-focused roles such as solutions engineering, RevOps, or technical program management.

·        Proficiency with no-code, low-code, and AI tools such as N8N, Glean, Fin, Zapier/Make, Retool, and Intercom.

·        Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and managing data flows.

·        Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.

·        Creative, curious, and proactive mindset with a builder’s mentality to experiment with new technologies.

·        Excellent communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

·        Bonus: Familiarity with scripting or data tools (Python, JavaScript, SQL) and experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or fintech industries.
