AI Enablement & Adoption Manager

AI Enablement Lead  Remote | USAt Nimble Gravity, we help organizations turn data, AI, and technology into measurable business results. The AI Enablement Lead helps clients understand, adopt, and realize value from AI. You'll work directly with business users, leaders, and delivery teams to ensure AI becomes part of how work gets done. You'll lead workshops, deliver training, develop adoption strategies, and help organizations build confidence using tools like Claude in real business processes. This is a highly client facing role. You'll regularly be the only Nimble Gravity person in the room with a skeptical technical stakeholder, so you need to be able to hold your own on the mechanics of how these systems work, not just the change management around them.  What You'll Do <ul><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="1" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Lead AI enablement programs.
