This role offers the opportunity to design and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions that directly impact mission-critical government systems. Accountabilities:

  • Develop AI solutions leveraging machine learning, generative AI, and agentic protocols to meet client objectives.
  • Design and implement advanced analytical models and data visualizations.
  • Conduct machine learning tests and experiments to validate model performance and effectiveness.
  • Transform data science prototypes into production-ready applications.
  • Build and train intelligent systems using appropriate algorithms and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI prototypes and solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing AI systems while ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
  • Research and integrate relevant machine learning algorithms and tools to solve complex business and societal challenges.

Requirements

  • Active Department of Homeland Security Public Trust or Top Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or other AI-focused languages.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Palantir, or Databricks.
  • Prior experience in a client advisory or technology consulting role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions in real-world contexts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
