Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to address specific business needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Build efficient pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.

• Continuously research and apply the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, with hands-on use of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Skilled in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and managing large datasets.
• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for efficient collaboration and deployment.
• Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and mathematical principles behind AI models.
