AI Adoption Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Adoption Manager based in the United States.

This role is responsible for accelerating the adoption and impact of artificial intelligence solutions across an organization.
The position focuses on helping teams understand, embrace, and effectively use AI-powered tools to improve workflows and business outcomes.
You will design enablement strategies, deliver training programs, and build internal advocacy networks that encourage AI adoption at scale.
The role combines change management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and practical AI expertise to bridge technology with everyday business needs.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify adoption barriers, improve user experiences, and measure success through meaningful metrics.

Accountabilities:

The AI Adoption Manager plays a key role in ensuring AI initiatives move beyond implementation into sustained business adoption. This position focuses on enabling users, improving engagement, and creating scalable approaches that maximize the value of AI capabilities through training, measurement, and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute AI enablement strategies that help teams understand, adopt, and effectively use AI tools and workflows.
Create and deliver training programs that improve AI awareness, confidence, and practical application across different business functions.
Build and manage an internal AI champions network to encourage adoption, share best practices, and support peer learning.
Communicate AI capabilities in a way that connects technical functionality with real business benefits and operational improvements.
Track adoption metrics, usage trends, and success indicators to evaluate progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify barriers that limit AI adoption and collaborate with stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Develop repeatable frameworks and processes that support the scaling and commercialization of AI capabilities.
Gather feedback from users and champions to influence future enhancements and improve AI-driven solutions.
Partner with product, operations, and business teams to ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines experience in adoption, enablement, training, or change management with a strong understanding of modern AI tools and their practical business applications. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into meaningful improvements.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Product, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of experience leading adoption, enablement, training, commercialization, or change management initiatives at scale.
Hands-on experience using modern AI tools and generative AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
Practical knowledge of effective prompting techniques and a clear understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and business applications.
Ability to teach others and serve as a credible AI advocate through real-world usage and examples.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and community-building skills.
Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing adoption metrics to measure impact and progress.
Ability to identify workflow challenges and improve user experiences through continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across product, operations, and business teams.
Prior experience driving AI adoption or scaling technology-enabled initiatives is highly preferred.
