Location: Remote – Time zones aligned to either North America (EST) or Europe (London-GMT)


Duration: 3-12 months


We are seeking contract resources who can strengthen our client’s internal teams across three core capability areas: project management, change management, and agile delivery. You will be working alongside ADAPTOVATE and client resources supporting complex initiatives across technology, operations, and enterprise transformation.


As an Agile Delivery Manager, your role involves:
  • Lead end-to-end Agile delivery across programs, products, and portfolios by coordinating multiple squads or Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring alignment between business priorities, delivery outcomes, and value realization


Your main objective is to:
  • Drive delivery excellence through proactive planning, cross-team orchestration, risk management, and outcome-based performance tracking
  • Own program-level delivery planning and execution across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Chapter Leads to plan and manage
