Agentic Incident Management Founder, Manufacturing

Factory floors generate thousands of alerts every day. At $260,000 an hour in unplanned downtime, operators can't afford to guess which one matters.

Manufacturing operations run on a fragmented stack: SCADA, PLC, MES, Historian, quality vision systems, predictive maintenance platforms, CMMS, environmental sensors. None of them talk to each other in a way that produces a coherent picture of what's happening on the floor. Correlating signals into a root cause and executing a safe response is almost entirely manual and almost entirely reactive.

The opportunity: Become the incident response layer every manufacturing floor runs on. Ingest every signal, surface what matters, and act before the line goes down. Start with incident response, expand into SOP automation, trend reporting, and anomaly detection across the entire floor.

We're looking for Founders to leverage their domain expertise, and are convinced AI can deliver the outcomes better than humans to build full-stack, AI Native services in industries where outcomes depend on expertise, regulation, and trust.

About you:

• Early-stage operator experience, and expertise in the problem space you're building in.
