This role manages all of Openly’s newly appointed agency partners during their first 90-days and ensures they are meeting or exceeding their required minimum production goals. Opportunities to join a team like this don’t come up often, so if this sounds right up your alley, then keep reading and join our ever-growing team!&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for managing agency onboarding and trainings</li><li>Work with agencies to set mutual growth &amp; quality goals and track results</li><li>Consistently engage with agency partners and producers via scheduled<br>check-ins and daily outbound calls</li><li>Leverage data to keep agencies on track to perform in their first 90 days</li><li>Keep detailed records of mutual goals with agencies&nbsp;</li><li>Work alongside the existing ASM team to ensure appetite is well understood and state nuances are articulated during onboarding and education sessions with agents</li><li>Track agency results with quoting, binds, Hearts, and other quality metrics that impact agency performance&nbsp;</li><li>Partners with Product &amp; Shared Services team on feedback from the field&nbsp;</li><li>Objection handle with agencies on struggles and concerns during onboarding&nbsp;</li><li>Passion for education and training new agency principals, agents, and support staff&nbsp;</li><li>Identify areas of growth opportunity within the agency in the first 90 days and manage a smooth handoff to the ASM in the market.&nbsp;</li><li>Agency first mindset. Set the agency up for success.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to multitask and problem-solve&nbsp;</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">1+ years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding KPIs through a consultative sales approach</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience in training clients on company products and platforms preferred</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Property &amp; Casualty insurance carrier experience preferred</li><li>A passion for helping partner agencies&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person&nbsp;</li><li>A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility&nbsp;</li><li>Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The <strong>target salary range</strong> represents the budgeted salary range for this position.&nbsp; Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills.
