Agilent’s Service and Support Sales team is committed to excellence in service and innovation in the lab services industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Service Sales Representative to join our highly successful sales organization selling our aftermarket service portfolio. This role is perfect for a driven individual who is adept at working both independently and collaboratively with a team to meet and exceed objectives. As a part of this exciting group, you will help us grow our multi-billion dollar business and outpace market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling services to end-user customers in assigned accounts through inbound and outbound sales activities, eCommerce activities, and occasional on-site visits.

Ability to work as an individual while maintaining a team-focused approach will be a key driver to success. This role works within a matrix organizational structure and frequently collaborates internally with other sales teams, service delivery, operations and marketing.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up.

  • Utilizes Agilent’s eCommerce services sales platform

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies and meet sales targets.

  • Carries team and individual quota

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or equivalent in science and/or business field highly preferred; may consider applicants with an equivalent combination of education, training, and validated experience

  • 1+ year(s) experience as a sales representative or related role

  • 1+ year(s) of selling Agilent services preferred

  • Ability to translate the value proposition of service as a financial and operational benefit to meet customer needs

  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • High-level knowledge of instrument support services business

  • Available for up to 10% business travel

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least December 26, 2024 or until the job is no longer posted. It is sales incentive eligible.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $28.77 - $57.55/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
