This strategic, client-facing role is focused on driving new business growth within the Travel and Hospitality sector by leveraging Salesforce-based solutions and data-driven transformation capabilities. The Advisory Solution Director will engage with enterprise organizations to design consultative, multi-cloud solutions that enhance customer experience, loyalty, and operational efficiency. Acting as both a strategic advisor and solution architect, you will guide prospects through complex sales cycles and shape tailored offerings that address industry-specific challenges. This role combines deep Salesforce expertise with strong commercial acumen to position advanced technology solutions at the executive level. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and ecosystem partners to develop winning go-to-market strategies and close new logo opportunities. It is a high-impact position for a consultative sales leader passionate about digital transformation in the Travel and Hospitality space.


Accountabilities:
  • Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the Travel and Hospitality industry through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including opportunity discovery, solution strategy, proposal development, and contract/SOW negotiations.
  • Position and sell Salesforce multi-cloud solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, Data360, and Agentforce.
  • Advise clients on data strategies and digital transformation approaches to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and strategic advisory sessions with C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce account teams and ecosystem partners to identify and close complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop tailored solution demonstrations and business cases aligned with client objectives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, reporting, and opportunity management aligned with sales targets.
  • Partner with advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to build industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish and grow long-term strategic relationships within the Travel and Hospitality ecosystem.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solution consulting, or account management, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Travel and Hospitality industry clients.
  • Proven track record of selling Salesforce platform solutions or related enterprise SaaS/consulting offerings.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture and capabilities.
  • Deep familiarity with Travel and Hospitality industry processes, customer journeys, and business challenges.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling, solution design, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing advisory skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional and partner teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Salesforce certifications across multiple clouds and Loyalty Management strongly preferred.
