Workday success depends on how confidently people can use it in their day-to-day work. The Consultant role exists to support the delivery of experience-led adoption, helping ensure that change, training, and enablement activities are executed to a high standard and aligned to how Workday is configured and used.

As a Consultant, you will support Adoption & Experience engagements by delivering change, training, and enablement activities under the guidance of more senior practitioners. You will contribute to high-quality deliverables, support user engagement and training, and progressively build confidence in Workday-specific adoption approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support delivery of adoption activities across change, communications, training, and enablement workstreams.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop high-quality deliverables such as job aids, training materials, communications, and in-system guidance content.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support training delivery, workshops, and user engagement sessions.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Apply Adoption & Experience standards, templates, and playbooks consistently.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build understanding of how Workday configuration impacts user experience and adoption.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support adoption measurement activities (e.g., surveys, data preparation, dashboards)
聽聽聽聽 Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Foundational understanding of organisational change, learning, or enablement concepts.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Curiosity about digital adoption, user experience, and Workday

聽聽聽 Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment
Change, learning, or HR-related study or experience desirable.
