Job Summary
As an Administrative Specialist on the Deployment Security Team, you will provide administrative support and be responsible for maintaining the Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) as well as performing other administrative duties.
This position is primarily REMOTE but requires someone LOCAL to Houston, TX as the role will require travel to the KBR Tower twice per month.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Deployment Security Team supports general business operations in an administrative support role. Our function is to clear individuals for OCONUS Deployment. We vet KBR new hires and employees for eligibility to successfully obtain favorable outcomes for Tier 3 investigations, for issuance of Common Access Cards (CAC) and Letters of Authorization (LOA) as well as to meet the requirements specified by our clients (LOGCAP, AFCAP, POTFF, DLA, UA BOS, Poland BOS, APS-4 and Diego Garcia). Further, we provide weekly reporting KPI’s and CDRL’s to our clients as well as maintain records in SPOT (Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker) for our Subcontract Workers.
