As an Administrative Assistant at 10 East, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. You’ll be responsible for supporting our team with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, managing communications, and maintaining organizational systems. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external communications, handling email correspondence, and managing phone calls.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes during meetings, and distribute follow-up notes.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members.
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed, providing research, data entry, and analytical support.
- Foster a positive office environment by managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and contributing to team events.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or related field is preferred.
