Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the design team.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate project progress.
  • Assist in the management of project timelines and budgets, tracking deliverables and milestones.
  • Maintain and organize design samples, materials, and project files for easy accessibility.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings and design reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role within the design or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design software preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • A passion for design and an understanding of the hospitality industry is a plus.
