As we expand our operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations and providing administrative support across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining files.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and communications, both internally and externally.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle travel arrangements and other logistics for team members as required.
  • Support project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or office management will be a plus.
