We publish investigative stories and provocative commentary about the world as it actually is—with the quality once expected from the legacy press, but the fearlessness of the new.We're seeking a driven, organized, and collaborative Adops/Account Coordinator to support the management of our podcast inventory and the execution of digital advertising and partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-starter passionate about media, advertising, and making an impact in the evolving landscape of independent journalism.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Head of Sales, Production, Editorial and Accounting teams to solicit creative assets from clients, implement advertising campaigns across our channels and ensure timely and consistent delivery.
  • Data & Inventory Management: Accurately track our shows’ inventory to schedule and deliver ads across our catalog.  Report, and analyze campaign performance, providing data insights to enhance future strategies and secure client renewals.
  • Optimize Advertiser Engagement: Coordinate onboarding and wrap calls with advertisers, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Facilitate Product Delivery: Oversee logistics related to advertiser content and promotions, making sure everything is executed in a timely manner.
  • Billing and Renewals:  Work with accounting on monthly billing reconciliation process by ensuring accurate delivery information is updated prior to invoicing.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–2 years in ad operations, sales support, or digital media
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Google Workspace, proficiency with Spotify’s Megaphone a plus. 
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Effective communicator who can work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Adaptability: Ready to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced media environment.


$70,000 - $90,000 a year
