This Activation Management Specialist role is an early-career opportunity focused on supporting the growth and engagement of a global Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem. You will contribute to the execution of strategic activation and go-to-market initiatives that help onboard and activate partners across digital and in-person channels. The position sits within a collaborative, fast-paced environment where marketing, product, and partner teams work closely together. You will help coordinate campaigns, track performance, and support events that strengthen partner relationships and drive ecosystem expansion. This role is ideal for someone eager to build experience in SaaS partnerships, marketing operations, and cross-functional project coordination. It offers strong exposure to industry-leading practices in ecosystem development and partner engagement strategy.


Accountabilities:
  • Support the execution of activation plans aimed at onboarding and engaging Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners
  • Assist in go-to-market initiatives by coordinating with marketing, product, and developer relations teams
  • Help plan and execute demand generation activities for developer recruitment programs and events
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, content distribution, and event marketing
  • Maintain and update campaign trackers, partner documentation, and feedback collection tools
  • Conduct research to support activation initiatives and industry-specific growth projects
  • Assist in analyzing campaign and partner data to identify insights and optimization opportunities
  • Support the planning and execution of partner-focused events and contribute to related marketing materials
  • Participate in team meetings and assist in project coordination across stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Internship or academic project experience in marketing, analytics, partnerships, or related areas preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM tools, or basic data analysis is a plus
  • Exposure to tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Asana, or JIRA is advantageous
  • Interest in SaaS, partner ecosystems, or B2B marketing environments
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
