This role supports the Accounting team by maintaining strong vendor relationships, reconciling accounts, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and company policies. That means striving to live up to the Humble, Hard Working & Smart framework. 3) Engaging (in both directions) with Radical Candor in a way that seeks to improve the performance of yourself and the team around you. <span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph" data-ccp-parastyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"aaed607e-c2a3-5841-9fb4-41037bfa0faf|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342448,"3",469777843,"Times New Roman",201341986,"3",469777841,"Times New Roman",469777842,"Times New Roman",469777844,"Times New Roman",469769226,"Times New Roman",268442635,"24",469775450,"paragraph",201340122,"2",134233614,"true",469778129,"paragraph",335572020,"1",134233118,"true",134233117,"true",469778324,"Normal"]}">Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Review, validate, and process vendor invoices in accordance with Company policies </li><li>Using the Company’s accounts payable system, match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices (2-way/3-way matching) </li><li>Assist with the preparation of weekly payment runs include checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit card payments </li><li>Coordinate with internal and external resources to onboard new vendors </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for vendors regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and discrepancies </li><li>Assist with resolving billing issues, pricing discrepancies, and purchase order variances </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including W-9s and banking information </li><li>Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger </li><li>Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and accounts payable aging reports </li><li>Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on approvals to ensure timely processing </li><li>Ensure invoices comply with company policies, tax requirements, and approval workflows </li><li>Maintain documentation and support for audits </li><li>Assist with implementing process improvements to enhance accounts payable efficiency and accuracy </li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul>Qualifications:  <ul><li>2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience  </li><li>GED required plus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred </li><li>NetSuite experience preferred; Coupa experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work in Microsoft Excel with large volumes of data </li><li>Proficient in data entry and management </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; strong customer service skills </li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, and supervisor </li><li>Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented and dynamic environment </li><li>Must be curious, accurate, and detail-oriented </li></ul> MANSCAPED® Benefits <ul><li>Take time to find balance and rejuvenate your senses.
