This newly created role will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations for the Finance Team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining strong vendor relationships while supporting internal stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Review, code, and process vendor invoices in Tipalti</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Prepare monthly Accounts Payable reports, including aging reports and vendor statement reconciliations, for management review</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Assist with AP-related month-end close activities, including accruals and bank reconciliations</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Maintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor database, ensuring all vendor documentation and tax forms are current</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Manage vendor relationships, research, and resolve inquiries/discrepancies promptly</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance and accuracy before processing reimbursements</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Review, code, and reconcile credit card transactions</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Assist in supporting annual U.S. GAAP audits from third-party auditors</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Ad hoc reporting</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Prepare annual Form 1099 filings for contractors</li></ul>Who You Are and What You Bring:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in SaaS </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Experience with Tipalti, Rippling, and NetSuite strongly preferred</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Solid understanding of US GAAP</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 2;">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li></ul>Remote Work Requirements:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">An established private work area that ensures information privacy</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A stable high-speed internet connection for remote work</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role is remote, but you will be required to come to on-site meetings multiple times per year.
