As an Accounting Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the financial systems that power our dealerships. You’ll support accuracy, compliance, and consistency in reporting by managing system setups and controls that directly impact financial and operational performance.
Location: Medford, OR (Preferred) open to remote.
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting system setups such as chart of accounts, schedule structures, and manufacturer financial statements
Support service, parts, and body shop operations with accurate labor, sales, and tax setup configurations
Manage sales operation settings, including deal posting templates, ensuring proper reporting
Participate in system standardization projects across all stores
Develop and maintain an instructional guide (“playbook”) for system processes
Assist with structural system changes for acquisitions or divestitures
Conduct yearly system maintenance across dealerships
Ensure internal financial controls are consistently followed and maintained
Collaborate closely with Corporate Accounting, Tax, Consolidation, Dealership Accounting, and other key departments
Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent professional experience)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for continuous improvement
