Accountabilities:

The Account Renewal Specialist is responsible for managing customer renewal activities, supporting retention efforts, and delivering a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving. This role requires strong organization, sales ability, and customer-focused decision-making.

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound renewal calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.
Engage with existing customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide appropriate renewal solutions.
Follow established communication processes while applying sound judgment and adapting conversations based on customer situations.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall account value.
Meet or exceed individual and team renewal goals, sales targets, and performance metrics.
Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized account information.
Research customer questions, clarify information, and provide timely resolutions.
Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience in every interaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and improve renewal processes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced remote environment. A successful candidate will be motivated by goals, comfortable with technology, and committed to delivering excellent client support.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM EST.
Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to actively listen, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute while handling phone conversations.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software platforms and systems.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Positive and professional attitude in a high-volume customer environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Previous call center or customer support experience preferred.
