Who we’re looking for:

ParentSquare is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Small Accounts Sales Representative to support our Remind to ParentSquare migration efforts. This role is focused on transitioning small school sites that previously used Remind into full ParentSquare customers. Our ideal candidate has a background in sales, experience in education or EdTech, and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

This role will include:

Remind-to-ParentSquare Transition Management:

  • Engage with small school sites that previously used Remind and are considering or in the process of transitioning to ParentSquare.
  • Educate school leaders on the benefits of moving from Remind to ParentSquare and provide hands-on guidance throughout the evaluation and purchase process.
  • Manage a high volume of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion across multiple touchpoints (email, phone, web inquiries).

Sales Execution & Customer Engagement:

  • Deliver compelling product overviews and live demos, clearly outlining the value proposition of ParentSquare.
  • Provide high-touch, consultative sales support tailored to the needs of small schools and site-based decision-makers.
  • Communicate pricing, implementation options, and feature comparisons effectively to drive informed purchasing decisions.

Pipeline & Deal Management:

  • Own a large, fast-moving pipeline of small accounts in HubSpot, tracking progress and forecasting accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs and Customer Success Managers to ensure continuity and a smooth handoff.
  • Ensure all deal activity and communication is accurately logged and updated in the CRM.

Product & Market Expertise:

  • Stay informed on ParentSquare product features, migration processes, and key differentiators over Remind.
  • Understand and address the unique needs of small schools, including constraints around time, budget, and resources.

Collaboration & Optimization:

  • Partner with internal teams to refine messaging, improve transition success rates, and optimize the small account sales motion.
  • Share insights and feedback from the field to inform strategy and product development.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the EdTech or education space.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of deals and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A passion for supporting schools and improving communication in education.

The salary range for this role will be 65k-80k + variable comp plan, DOE.
