This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global team that powers the tourism and activities industry. As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them unlock the full value of a market-leading booking platform. You'll identify growth opportunities, support client goals, and deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding through retention and expansion. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, act as the voice of the customer, and contribute to measurable business impact.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and full platform adoption.
- Identify opportunities to increase client revenue by advising on platform features, implementing conversion strategies, and promoting additional solutions.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve technical or operational challenges, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning to execution, coordinating across departments when necessary.
- Leverage deep platform and industry knowledge to guide clients through data-informed growth opportunities.
- Regularly meet KPIs including client engagement (calls, talk time), portfolio growth through upselling/cross-selling, and retention metrics.
- Actively contribute client feedback to internal teams to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role within a tech or SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and handle objections professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing a large portfolio while meeting SLA targets.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth levers and communicate data-driven recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other client engagement tools.
- Demonstrates alignment with core values such as ownership, integrity, curiosity, and customer-first thinking.
