One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Manager in the United States.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to support and grow relationships with existing clients in the dynamic and evolving data science and analytics space. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying expansion opportunities, and delivering value by positioning professional software solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive account success, all while keeping up with industry trends and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs. This is a remote role open to candidates across the U.S., with occasional travel as needed.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and expand client accounts by promoting software adoption and identifying growth opportunities
- Educate customers on the value and features of professional software tools within the data science space
- Collaborate with Customer Success, MDRs, and SDRs to develop account strategies and drive retention
- Maintain sales forecasts and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
- Engage in long-term sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, reporting, and client communications
- Build strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and value delivery
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive tools, and client feedback
- Act as a trusted advisor, supporting client goals with data-driven insights and technical solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a proven track record of success
- Strong familiarity with data science, analytics, or technical sales environments
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships across multiple accounts
- Experience with long, consultative sales cycles involving technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a distributed/remote team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings or team events
