One of our companies is currently looking for an Account Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key accounts, expanding product adoption, and driving revenue growth. You will be instrumental in managing complex sales cycles, engaging with C-level executives, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with experience in the software or SaaS industry, capable of navigating both business and technical conversations to create tailored solutions for clients.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that identify expansion opportunities within assigned customer portfolios.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, negotiate contracts, and drive sales through a consultative approach.
  • Forge executive relationships and lead the sales process from qualification to closure, ensuring revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to manage renewals and expand accounts.
  • Accurately forecast bookings, manage the pipeline, and contribute to sales meetings to ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and deliver proposals that clearly communicate the value and ROI of solutions to clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales or account management experience in the technology or software industry, preferably SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in selling SaaS and enterprise cloud applications, with a focus on CRM, HR, or collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
  • A proactive approach with a strong business acumen to identify and address client challenges.
