Your management of relationships and business acumen will elevate our brands’ presence in a critical market.     </li><li>Fully Remote, Must be near Madison or Milwaukee, WI; Required travel will be within Wisconsin (automotive travel)  </li><li>Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.</li><li>At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to us and grow their careers long-term. Fortune <ul><li>Support clients in their sell-in efforts for new item launches, category reviews, promotional vehicles, and seasonal items. </li><li>Manage our clients’ day-to-day efforts in Wisconsin’s independent retailers, such as planning promotions, communicating pricing changes, communicating supply constraints, and monitoring competitive items both in your assigned retailers and competitive retailers.  </li></ul>What You Should Bring to the Table <ul><li>2+ years experience working with retail at a headquarter level or intimate understanding of distributors and end-to-end promotional planning processes  </li><li>Sales experience with a passion for consumer packaged goods, food, and beverage  </li><li>Thick skin when having a sale rejected, and active listening skills to reframe the sale for the next approach  </li><li>Concise communication skills, and creativity when breaking through communication blockages  </li><li>Willingness to get into stores regularly for intelligence gathering, including but not limited to snapping proof-of-performance & planogram photos, performing price analyses, and informing stores of upcoming promotions or product launches.  </li><li>Effective use of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.  </li></ul> You Will Stand Out If You Have <ul><li>Experience with Piggy Wiggly or Festival Foods</li><li>A hunger for in-person selling  </li><li>Experience in Category Management  </li><li>Experience in Category Analytics   </li><li>Deep knowledge of sales and innovation trends within any specific departments or categories  </li></ul> Perks <ul><li>PTO & Sick Days</li><li>11 paid company holidays per year </li><li>2 paid volunteer days per year </li><li>Bonus eligible </li><li>3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision </li><li>Paid company life insurance </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) </li><li>Work from home flexibility </li></ul> Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
