We look forward to the ride with you.</span></p><hr><div style="text-align: left;">&nbsp;</div></div><p>As our Account Manager, Outside Sales you'll be the face of Cannondale to our dealer network, building strong partnerships that fuel growth and elevate the rider experience. In this role, you'll represent the Cannondale brand to retailers and riders in the Southeast USA market, becoming the face of the brand as you build strong relationships with bike shops and connect with the cycling community. You’re not just selling bikes, you’re shaping how Cannondale shows up in the market. Along the way, you help spread our message and get more people on bikes they love.</p><p><span data-contrast="auto"><span class="EOP SCXW36238793 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{&quot;134245417&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559737&quot;:72,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}"><span class="TextRun SCXW68972158 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW68972158 BCX0"><strong>How You'll Make an Impact:</strong></span></span></span></span></p><ul><li>Drive sales with passion within our dealer network across NC, SC, GA, TN, AL</li><li>Travel to new and existing accounts on a regular basis to build trust, strengthen partnerships, and fuel growth</li><li>Track dealer visits with daily call report and send report to Sales Operations to strategize and keep momentum moving forward</li><li>Spot new business opportunities, make connections with prospective dealers who are ready to ride with Cannondale</li><li>Help dealers fine-tune their inventory, offering smart insights and recommendations that boost their success</li><li>Lead sales and product presentations that inspire confidence, excitement, and buzz with both riders and retailers</li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate regularly with the Inside Sales team assigned to territory, and work together to resolve dealer issues and improve sales and service techniques</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="No Spacing">Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2–4 years of sales/dealership experience, ideally within the bicycle/outdoor sports industry</li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Successful business development experience a plus</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Superior customer service and sales skills</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Located or willing to locate within the greater Charlotte metropolitan area</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be willing to travel on a daily basis</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Valid driver's license with an o</span><span data-contrast="auto">perable and reliable personal vehicle required</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">SAP knowledge beneficial</span></li><li><span data-contrast="auto">Independent dealership management experience beneficial</span></li></ul>
