This role is a high-impact, field-based sales position focused on driving growth for advanced waterproofing, roofing, and flooring solutions across a multi-state territory. You will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse mix of stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, owners, and design professionals. The position combines technical expertise with strategic sales execution, requiring the ability to develop new business while strengthening long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding market presence and positioning high-performance construction solutions within competitive commercial segments. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will also support distributors and representatives to maximize regional performance. This is an opportunity to directly influence project outcomes while contributing to the growth of innovative building solutions.


Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow sales activities across the assigned territory, including North Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, owners, and other key decision-makers
  • Drive new business development while supporting and expanding existing accounts
  • Provide technical expertise and product guidance across waterproofing, roofing, and flooring systems
  • Collaborate closely with independent representatives, distributors, and contractors to maximize sales performance
  • Deliver technical presentations and support partner-led client engagements
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activity, pipeline progress, and project follow-ups
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional organizations to enhance market visibility
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in construction materials or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of polymeric technologies and construction systems
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience working with distributors, contractors, and independent sales networks
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage complex sales situations effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory
  • Self-driven, autonomous, and highly organized with strong business acumen
