You will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, helping customers unlock more value from the platform through upsells, cross-sells, and contract expansions. The position combines commercial ownership with relationship management, requiring strong consultative selling skills and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction, run structured business reviews, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences revenue growth and customer loyalty.
