You will play a critical role in building our team and building sales for these key customers. If you love selling and building relationships, this could be the role for you!   </li><li>Location: Remote  (Except for In-person meetings at Retailer headquarters), must be within 1 hour and 30 min drive of Asheville, NC</li><li>Salary range $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.  </li><li>Travel Requirements: In-person meetings at Retailer headquarters, Minimal overnight travel required (less than 10%) – i.e., industry trade shows, client national sales meetings, & or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile)   </li><li>At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to a us and grow their careers long-term. Fortune    <ul><li>Create and execute a regional or account-specific sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets.    </li><li>Meet regularly with existing customers to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to address those needs, provide all maintenance, new item submissions, promotional support, etc.    </li><li>Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers & clients.    </li><li>Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and clients and be available and responsive to their real-time needs.    </li><li>Work effectively/professionally with company’s internal departments (Client Development Team, Marketing, Insights, Client Services, Business Support Specialists & Accounts Receivable), assuring elite management of our clients and customers businesses.    </li><li>Attend all required national trade shows, market specific sales meetings, client specific sales meetings, or any other necessary functions (established by your supervisor)    </li><li>Guide Clients through the total distribution process; including pricing and promotional strategy, new item introductions, logistics and supply chain, deduction management.    </li><li>Coordinate and prepare Clients for top-to-top meetings and category business reviews with Distributor partners.    </li><li>Direct Clients and Company personnel through the planning, preparation, and execution of Distributors’ trade shows.    </li><li>Assume responsibility in selling the mission, vision, and direction of the organization to current and potential clients.   </li></ul>What You Should Bring to the Table   <ul><li>Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)    </li><li>Strong level of knowledge of Ingles / Food City  </li><li>Retailer responsibilities include Ingles & Food City   </li><li>Prior experience working with KeHE/UNFI  </li><li>4-year bachelor’s degree, and/or similar industry experience    </li><li>Proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)    </li></ul>You Will Stand Out if You Have    <ul><li>Direct Warehouse and KeHE/UNFI experience preferred.     </li><li>Extensive experience with Ingles</li><li>Extensive account management experience </li></ul>Perks  <ul><li>PTO and Sick days</li><li>11 paid company holidays per year  </li><li>1 Floating holiday</li><li>2 paid volunteer days per year  </li><li>Bonus eligible </li><li>3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender)  </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision  </li><li>Paid company life insurance  </li><li>401k with company match  </li><li>Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day through Labor Day)  </li><li>Work from home flexibility.  </li></ul>Come As You Are  C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
