You will play a critical role in building sales for this key customer. If you love selling and building relationships, this could be the role for you!  </li><li>Success in this role looks like strong organizational skills and excellent communication. You will work with clients to build strong promotional plans, maintain shelf placement, and build connectivity with the customer.  </li><li>Location: Remote – must be local to San Antonio, Texas. </li><li>Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 based on experience, qualifications and skills.</li><li>Travel Requirements – Less than 10% to attend all major Industry shows client national sales meetings, & or any other events that would be warranted; all other travel is within assigned market (automobile)  </li><li>At C.A. we’re not looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to a us and grow their careers long-term. Fortune    <ul><li>Create and execute H-E-B sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets  </li><li>Meet regularly with existing customers to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to address those needs, provide all maintenance, new item submissions, promotional support, etc.  </li><li>Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers & clients  </li><li>Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and clients and be available and responsive to their real-time needs.  </li><li>Work effectively/professionally with company’s internal departments (Sales Development Team, Marketing, Insights, Client Services, Business Support Specialists & Accounts Receivable), assuring elite management of our clients and customers businesses  </li><li>Attend all required national trade shows, market specific sales meetings, client specific sales meetings, or any other necessary functions (established by your supervisor)  </li><li>Guide Clients through the total distribution process; including pricing and promotional strategy, new item introductions, logistics and supply chain, deduction management.   </li><li>Coordinate and prepare Clients for top-to-top meetings and category business reviews with Distributor partners.   </li><li>Direct Clients and Company personnel through the planning, preparation, and execution of Distributors’ trade shows.  </li></ul>  What You Should Bring to the Table  <ul><li>Some experience calling on H-E-B preferred  </li><li>Willingness to learn   </li><li>Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)  </li><li>Strong proficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)  </li></ul>Perks <ul><li>PTO and Sick days</li><li>11 paid company holidays per year</li><li>1 Floating holiday </li><li>2 paid volunteer days per year </li><li>Bonus eligible </li><li>3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender) </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision </li><li>Paid company life insurance </li><li>401k with company match </li><li>Summer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) </li><li>Work from home flexibility </li></ul>Come As You Are C.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
