Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

The Account Manager (Digital Marketing) will oversee client strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization while acting as the main connection between clients and internal marketing teams. This role requires ownership of campaign outcomes, strong communication, and the ability to influence strategy across multiple digital channels.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment between business objectives and marketing strategies.
• Lead the strategic direction of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, and related channels.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists to ensure campaigns are cohesive, optimized, and focused on achieving client KPIs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and growth opportunities.
• Translate client goals into actionable plans and communicate progress, recommendations, and results effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
• Manage project tracking, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives remain organized and successful.
• Provide leadership through influence by supporting teammates, sharing expertise, and encouraging strong execution across projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced digital marketing professional with strong knowledge of performance marketing, client management, and campaign optimization. They should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities, and using data to drive decisions.

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong experience in paid social and paid search.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including funnels, conversion rate optimization, and performance measurement.
• Experience understanding how paid social and paid search work together within a broader marketing strategy.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and influence cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to identify key business opportunities and implement impactful improvements.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients.
• Experience coaching and developing team members with different levels of expertise.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, or campaign management systems is beneficial.
