Come join our team and work inspired each day! </div>What You’ll Do We are seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Account Manager to oversee and expand our portfolio of corporate accounts. This role is central to driving revenue growth, deepening client partnerships, and ensuring that corporate clients derive maximum long-term value from NetDocuments’ suite of solutions.    The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with consultative relationship management—able to identify whitespace opportunities, craft growth strategies, and drive adoption through strategic engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You Will: <ul><li>Own a portfolio of high-value corporate clients and develop account expansion strategies that deliver measurable growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. </li><li>Engage with senior decision-makers (CIOs, General Counsel, Legal Ops leaders) to understand evolving business priorities and position NetDocuments as a strategic partner. </li><li>Create and execute tailored account plans with defined objectives, success metrics, and growth targets; maintain clear visibility into account health and revenue forecasts. </li><li>Quantify ROI and articulate the business impact of NetDocuments’ solutions to drive strategic renewals and multi-product adoption. </li><li>Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to design account strategies, co-create success plans, and accelerate growth. </li><li>Stay informed on legal tech trends, competitive landscape, and client industry dynamics to proactively identify new opportunities. </li><li>Maintain accurate forecasts and revenue projections; contribute to quarterly and annual planning with data-driven insights. </li><li>Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing roadmap priorities and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. </li></ul>What You’ll Need to be Successful: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in account management, enterprise relationship management, or strategic sales within SaaS or legal tech industries. </li><li>Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth and retention targets. </li><li>Strong understanding of legal operations, document management, and workflow automation in the corporate legal environment. </li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. </li><li>Skilled in strategic planning, complex deal management, and multi-stakeholder engagement. </li><li>Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot; strong analytical and forecasting capabilities. </li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, consultative, and results-driven approach. </li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>90% healthcare premiums company covered </li><li>HSA company contribution </li><li>401K match at 4% with immediate vesting </li><li>Flexible PTO (typically 3–4 weeks per year) </li><li>10 paid holidays </li><li>Monthly wellness contributions </li><li>Access to LinkedIn Learning with monthly dedicated time to explore </li></ul> Compensation Transparency The compensation range for this position is $100,000.00k+ Variable. The posted cash compensation includes base salary and variable (if applicable). Some roles may qualify for overtime pay.
