This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager - Client-Facing based in United States.

The Account Manager will own strategic client relationships for a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, leading recurring client conversations and turning performance data into clear strategic priorities.
The role combines relationship management, performance storytelling, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.
You’ll work closely with internal channel specialists to translate client needs into focused, actionable execution.
By proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, you’ll help clients achieve full-funnel growth while strengthening retention.
This is a highly collaborative environment where clear communication, ownership, and measurable outcomes are valued.
The position is ideal for an experienced client-facing professional who enjoys combining commercial strategy with performance marketing.


Accountabilities
  • Own relationships across a portfolio of eCommerce clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted strategic advisor.
  • Lead bi-weekly client meetings, presenting performance insights as clear narratives, recommendations, priorities, and next steps.
  • Review account and campaign performance across key metrics to identify trends, shifts, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Guide full-funnel strategic direction by interpreting performance data and recommending initiatives designed to accelerate client growth.
  • Translate client conversations, feedback, and business objectives into actionable direction for internal channel teams.
  • Maintain strong alignment between clients and internal specialists, ensuring teams have the context required for effective execution.
  • Proactively communicate business impact and reinforce the value of ongoing work to strengthen client confidence and retention.
  • Coordinate meetings, action items, follow-ups, and internal deliverables to keep multiple accounts moving efficiently.
  • Identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them before they affect client relationships or performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across paid media, CRO, creative, SEO, and other performance marketing disciplines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or a comparable client-facing position, with agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and digital channels, including paid media, conversion rate optimization, creative, and SEO.
  • Experience working with eCommerce businesses and familiarity with performance metrics such as ROAS, AOV, and LTV.
  • Ability to analyze performance information, identify meaningful insights, and communicate them through concise, compelling business narratives.
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a clear, calm, confident, and strategic approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through across meetings, action items, deadlines, and internal coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify emerging challenges and opportunities before they become significant issues.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align different teams around shared priorities.
  • Commercial and strategic mindset focused on client outcomes, growth, and long-term retention.
