This role is ideal for someone who excels at client partnership, project leadership, and delivers high-quality work in a dynamic agency environment. The position requires flexibility to work PST hours. What You’ll DoAs an Account Manager, you’ll play a central role in the successful delivery and growth of assigned account(s). Your responsibilities will include: <ul><li data-start="571" data-end="639">Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives</li><li data-start="640" data-end="758">Lead the execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations from planning through submission</li><li data-start="759" data-end="836">Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery</li><li data-start="837" data-end="965">Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications</li><li data-start="966" data-end="1070">Support development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones</li><li data-start="1071" data-end="1140">Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and journal/congress requirements</li><li data-start="1141" data-end="1212">Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities</li></ul>  What You Bring <ul><li data-start="1236" data-end="1316">Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred; advanced degree a plus)</li><li data-start="1317" data-end="1396">3+ years’ experience in medical communications with a focus on publications</li><li data-start="1397" data-end="1465">Proven experience managing manuscripts and congress deliverables</li><li data-start="1466" data-end="1526">Strong project management and financial oversight skills</li><li data-start="1527" data-end="1597">Confident client communicator with exceptional attention to detail</li><li data-start="1598" data-end="1675">Familiarity with publication management systems (e.g., Datavision) a plus</li></ul> Benefits:<ul><li>Health coverage</li><li>Retirement</li><li>PTO</li></ul>In addition to a great benefits package, we are happy to talk flexible working.
