Act as key day-to-day project contact with clients, creative teams, and other agency partners
Maintain client status reports, project timelines, and platform publishing calendars
Serve as agency representative to select talent and influencer partners, supporting overall relationship management, contract management, and managing partner requests around content planning, implementation and post-launch reporting
Stay on top of platform-specific trends and help to facilitate creative content strategy
QA all final creative assets and own publishing of daily content when applicable
Basic analysis and presentation of client’s business objectives and competitive landscapes to clients and agency team members
Assist with production, project management, workflow resourcing, and reporting
Help manage the budget, manage timely billing, and work with Agency finance team
ABOUT YOU
Has 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or social media management
Organized and disciplined to move projects from kickoff to delivery, keeping stakeholders informed and consulted
Immerses self in client’s business and champions stellar, business-building ideas
Ability to manage a wide range of competing priorities while ensuring the team meets all its deadlines and manages projects within prescribed budgets
Has charisma, a positive attitude, adaptability and the ability to multitask
Must be resourceful, proactive and comfortable both managing up and reaching down.
Demonstrates effective communication and creative problem-solving skills
Has excellent oral, written, interpersonal and analytical skills
Experience managing social media content across all platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience in social video production a huge plus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
