2. Core Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Client Partnership
- Drive overall success of campaigns across various client verticals and budget levels
- Develop intake briefs, project timelines, and campaign documentation
- Lead client calls confidently, providing strategic guidance and best practice recommendations based on platform and vertical expertise

Project Coordination & Performance
- Direct day-to-day campaign operations including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with creative, creator services, and paid media teams for seamless execution
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic optimization recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and strategic recaps with actionable insights and learnings
- Manage monthly billing reconciliation and budget tracking
Process & Knowledge Development
- Build resources and materials for the account management department
- Maintain expertise in platform specs, guidelines, and industry best practices
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices
- Streamline campaign workflows and improve team processes using AI tools
- Create internal and external presentations for stakeholders (Google Slides preferred)
3. Experience & Expectations
- Required Experience: 5-7 years in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment with proven client-facing experience. Influencer marketing experience preferred.
- Core Competencies:Serve as strategic client partner with analytical mindset and strong data interpretation skills, lead client calls and internal meetings independently, manage multiple campaigns across diverse verticals, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools for enhanced efficiency.
