About the role
The eHouse Account Manager will lead a multi-service portfolio of large mid-market to enterprise accounts and is accountable for the client relationship, strategic planning, forecasting, growth, and optimization. They will work cross-functionally with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across service lines that include paid media acquisition, search, CRM and retention marketing, loyalty, affiliate, store management, conversion optimization, UX/UI design, development, and merchant of record. This collaborative role is highly consultative and success is measured by account growth, retention, and CSAT.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic accounts by forging strong connections with key stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication, and building trust and a mutual understanding of client objectives, challenges, and industry dynamics.
- Craft customized growth strategies fueled by data-driven insights that drive cross-sell, upsell, and renewals.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
- Work to continually increase value to clients and ensure that the value provided is understood across all stakeholders, and especially senior executives.
- Meet or exceed booking, revenue, and profitability targets across your portfolio of accounts.
- Proactively mitigate risk and ensure client expectations are met.
- Serve as an escalation point for the client and work with the service line managers to quickly resolve issues.
- Consistently keep CRM data accurate across your portfolio for financial planning.
Qualifications
- 7+ Years of ecommerce experience
- 5+ Years experience in managing large mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Experience with strategic planning across multiple channels.
- Proven expertise in effective ecommerce strategies, tools, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
- Familiarity with Shopify Plus and its ecosystem.
- Ability to travel as required.
