Account Executive, Strategic Accounts

In this role, you will manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives. You will be responsible for driving new business and upsell opportunities, leveraging technology solutions to help clients achieve their product and research goals. The position requires a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, user research, and product development workflows, as well as the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, support, legal, security, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of contracts and account strategies. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, account expansion, and delivering measurable business impact to clients. • Prospect, build, and maintain a robust pipeline within strategic enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for both new business and upsells.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key executives and stakeholders in product, design, and research functions, helping clients achieve their business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Success, Legal, Security, Finance, and Leadership to execute contracts and account initiatives.
• Develop and manage account plans, including forecasting performance against revenue targets and tracking progress toward goals.
• Provide product feedback, share best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing to improve team and product performance.
• Position yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex decision-making processes and driving adoption of technology solutions.

• 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a history of exceeding targets.
• Experience managing full sales cycles and working with executive-level stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and security teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, territory planning, and account management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, prospecting, and sales automation tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment and navigate ambiguity.
