Position Overview:
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive with 3+ years of experience selling new Staffing & Recruiting deals. We're NOT looking for a Recruiter at the moment. We're specifically looking for someone who is a proven hunter and is coming from a Business Development role within the Staffing business.Â
We're seeking someone who is more than a salesperson; we need a connector, a relentless relationship builder with the drive to develop and expand a portfolio of new clients. This role offers the freedom to harness your existing relationships and dive into new ones, supported by our robust recruiting and technology team. You’ll have untapped commission potential, with expected BASE between $50,000-75,0000 and an OTE of $250,000+ in your first year. You'll have the ability to grow your earnings with no cap.Â
